The value of the property must be more than or equal to 1,000,000 AED, only then you would be entitled to an Investor Residency VISA for 2 years. After the entitlement period is over, you would have to renew your VISA.
Furthermore, if your invested amount in property is around 5,000,000 AED or more than that, then you will be entitled to a 5-year Investor Residency VISA. Similarly, for investments of 10,000,000 AED or more, you will be entitled to a 10-year Investor Residency VISA.
