ABOUT

HRE Development Overview

HRE Development is a Dubai-based property developer that grew out of a UAE construction business. The company says its construction arm has completed more than 200 projects and housed over 12,000 families, and it now uses that in-house capability to build its own residential developments. Its first residential project as a developer, Skyhills Residences 1 in Dubai Science Park, began handovers in April 2026, six months ahead of schedule. HRE's current portfolio includes Skyhills Residences 2 and 3 in Jumeirah Village Circle, Celeste at Al Jaddaf Waterfront, and Wadi Hills and Sakura Gardens in Dubailand. Many of its homes are offered fully furnished. Mohamed Adib Hijazi is Chairman and Mohammad Al Sari became Chief Executive Officer in August 2026. Browse current Dubai property projects to compare HRE launches with other developers on location, price and payment terms.

HRE Development mainly builds apartments, from studios to three- and four-bedroom homes, with duplex and townhome-style units in selected projects such as Sakura Gardens. Its JVC and Dubai Science Park towers focus on compact, investor-friendly layouts, while its Dubailand communities add larger family homes and more landscaped space.

Many HRE homes are marketed as fully furnished. Ask for the furnishing specification of the exact unit, as inclusions can differ between projects and unit types.

HRE Development's main distinction is its in-house construction arm, which the company says gives it closer control over build quality and timelines. Skyhills Residences 1 was handed over ahead of its scheduled date, which buyers can weigh alongside the rest of the track record.

As with any developer, review the escrow-registered project details, the sale and purchase agreement, the payment plan and the handover clause.
