Native Haus, Jumeirah Village Triangle: a six-storey building with 162 residences and six retail units. It offers studios of about 403 to 481 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments of about 664 sq ft, one-bedroom plus study units of about 678 to 912 sq ft and two-bedroom plus maid's room units of about 1,017 to 1,035 sq ft. Prices start from about AED 700,000, with handover expected in Q3 2029.

Emaar Business Park Building 3, Sheikh Zayed Road: a Grade-A commercial building acquired by Avighna Group in November 2024 for about AED 240 million. It is an investment holding rather than a residential sale.

In Dubai, Native Properties currently offers apartments, from compact studios to two-bedroom homes with a maid's room, alongside ground-floor retail. Its parent, Avighna Group, has delivered high-end apartment towers in Mumbai, which gives some indication of the specification the brand is aiming for.

Native Haus offers an entry point into JVT from about AED 700,000, with a handover-weighted 30/70 payment plan that keeps most of the cost until completion. As a new brand in Dubai, Native does not yet have a local delivery record, so buyers should check escrow registration, construction progress and the sale agreement before booking.
