Tarrad offers some of the lower entry prices among new furnished towers in DLRC, which suits rental investors and first-time buyers. The first Celesto tower sold out, and Tarrad reports that its escrow account is funded and approved, with construction progressing. As with any off-plan purchase, confirm the escrow details, construction progress and the handover clause for your specific tower before you buy.
