Aldar Properties is an Abu Dhabi real estate developer and manager, established in 2004 and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. Its chairman is Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak and its Group CEO is Talal Al Dhiyebi. Aldar merged with Sorouh Real Estate in 2013.

In Abu Dhabi, Aldar is closely associated with Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Raha Beach and Al Reem Island, where it builds apartments, townhouses and villas alongside retail, hospitality and education assets. Non-GCC nationals can buy freehold property in Abu Dhabi's designated investment zones, which include Yas, Saadiyat and Reem islands.

Aldar entered Dubai in 2023 through a joint venture with Dubai Holding. Its first two Dubai communities, Haven and Athlon, are both in Dubailand.
