LMD, short for Landmark Sabbour Development, is a real estate developer founded in Cairo in 2007. It entered the UAE in 2011 through Continental Investments and is now active in the UAE, Egypt, Spain and Greece. Its Dubai portfolio began with Continental Tower in Dubai Marina. It has since delivered Marina Living, a 20-storey tower of 205 apartments that completed handover in 2026, and is building The Pier Residence in Dubai Maritime City, with 274 apartments due in Q2 2027, and Taiyo Residences at Wasl Gate, with 379 units due in Q1 2028. Its largest project is the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road: an 87-storey, 400-metre Grade A office tower of about 1.75 million sq ft, and the first real estate project for the Christian A. Rockefeller brand. LMD's UAE business is led by Managing Partner Hamad Al Abbar.
