Majid Al Futtaim is a Dubai-based group founded in 1992 by Majid Al Futtaim. It is best known for shopping centres, including Mall of the Emirates in Al Barsha, which opened in 2005 and houses Ski Dubai, and the City Centre malls in Deira, Mirdif and other cities across the region. Its property business, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, also develops master-planned residential communities. In Dubai, Tilal Al Ghaf sits at the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, near Dubai Sports City. Unveiled in 2018, it was planned across 3 million sq m for more than 6,500 freehold apartments, townhouses and villas around a 70,000 sq m swimmable lagoon. Ghaf Woods, launched in June 2024 off Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road near Global Village in the Dubailand area, is planned for more than 7,000 apartments and penthouses among about 35,000 trees, released in eight phases running to 2031. In Sharjah, the group developed the Al Zahia community, anchored by City Centre Al Zahia.

The group owns Mall of the Emirates, opened in 2005, and City Centre malls in Deira, Mirdif, Al Zahia and other cities. Ski Dubai, its indoor ski slope at Mall of the Emirates, is run by its leisure division.

Ghaf Woods is a forest-themed community off Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road near Global Village, launched in June 2024. It is planned for more than 7,000 apartments and penthouses on 738,000 sq m, with about 35,000 trees.

Al Zahia is the group's residential community in Sharjah, built around City Centre Al Zahia.
